Product return policy and conditions:<\/p>\n
A 14-day return policy applies from the date of receipt.
\nValid proof of purchase (invoice, order number, etc.)
\nAll returned items must be in their original condition (closed in its original packaging with all accessories included).
\nUsed or incomplete products will not be returned.
\nWhen returning a damaged product, the defect must be mentioned on a separate sheet and attached to the invoice. Please do not write or put any marks on the product packaging or on the product itself.
\nThe customer is responsible for the delivery charges of the returned product.
\nThe amount is returned to the customer after receiving the product and making sure that it complies with the terms of return.<\/p>\n

Please write down your claims for “delivery damaged” or missing items within 12 hours of receiving your purchase. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after purchase. The following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

\nAll returned products must be in new condition (as sold), in its original box, and must include packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, brochures, and all accessories.
\nMerchandise must be complete, unused and in ‘new’ condition as received.
\nAttach the invoice to the returned product. If the merchandise has a defect, please specify the defect, on a separate sheet and attach it to the invoice.<\/p>\n
Products must be returned to the returns department either by yourself, or sent by post.<\/p>\n
Delivery charges for the returned product(s) must be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
